That's Charlie, who's still a bit of a puppy, but just as sweet a dog as you ever met. Neighbor doesn't care for this one, though. Neighbor says Charlie's been after his horses, as well as that Charlie's kicked his dogs' asses. Bad dog. Not really, though.
