Ran for about 30 minutes today, 45 yesterday, 30 on Thursday, Ultimate on Wednesday, and ran (and swam!) on Tuesday. So, seems like I've established the habit, so, good. Honestly I do like it. Running is excellent.
Went to nooga today and visited with grandparents. They sent me away with much food, including roast. I won't be eating any Campbell's soup for days, so, good.
